Indus Hospital & Health Network is hiring an experienced and strategic leader for the role of General Manager, Mechanical within the Project & Facilities Management department at its Korangi Campus in Karachi. This critical role involves leading the mechanical design review and ensuring all installations are executed to support efficient and reliable hospital operations. The GM will oversee the selection of equipment, manage consultant approvals, and direct procurement activities to align with strict project requirements. A key responsibility is coordinating with multidisciplinary teams during the installation of critical hospital systems to ensure full integration and compliance with healthcare standards. The position requires driving excellence in mechanical engineering to support the hospital’s mission of providing free, quality healthcare.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Sc. Mechanical); Master’s degree in Engineering or Project Management is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role.

Core Skills: Expertise in mechanical design review, equipment selection, project management, and knowledge of healthcare compliance standards.

Other: Must be ready to work at the Korangi Campus, Karachi.
