Meezan Bank is looking to hire an experienced and strategic leader for the role of Head of Data & Advanced Analytics at its Head Office in Karachi. The role requires overseeing and governing data policies, standards, security, privacy, and compliance while ensuring centralized execution of all data and AI initiatives. The successful candidate will prioritize and manage the data and analytics portfolio, driving technology adoption and innovation across the organization. This is a key leadership role ensuring timely and value-driven delivery of data solutions within the Finance Department.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, ideally complemented by advanced certifications in data management, AI/ML, or executive leadership (e.g., CDMP, CDO, or MBA). Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position overseeing large, multi-disciplinary data teams.

Skills: Strategic planning, data governance, regulatory compliance, technology innovation, portfolio management, and team leadership.
