Raast Payments Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. (RPP), a wholly owned subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) is seeking talented and energetic candidates for the following positions based in Karachi. These roles include Chief Technology Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Business Officer, and General Manager Operations, each responsible for shaping the future of digital payments in Pakistan. The leadership team will define and execute technology vision, establish risk management frameworks, drive nationwide adoption and usage growth, and ensure 24×7 operational resilience of Raast. This is a unique opportunity to lead Pakistan’s digital financial services agenda at the highest level with competitive market-based compensation.

Eligibility Criteria

Chief Technology Officer

• Education: 16 years of education (Bachelors/Masters) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field; additional postgraduate degrees preferred

• Experience: Minimum 12 years progressive experience with at least 5 years in senior executive leadership capacity preferably in financial services, digital payments, or fintech sectors

• Age: Maximum 50 years

Chief Risk Officer

• Education: 16 years of education in Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or related discipline

• Certifications: ISO27001, IRM, RIMS-CRMP, CERMP, CRISC, FRM, PRM, CFA, CISA, CISSP preferred

• Experience: Minimum 12 years progressive experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership in risk management within banking, payments, or regulated financial institutions

• Age: Maximum 50 years

Chief Business Officer

• Education: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline; additional postgraduate degrees preferred

• Certifications: PMP, Digital Payments certifications preferred

• Experience: Minimum 12 years progressive experience in business development, payments, banking, or fintech with at least 5 years in senior executive leadership capacity

• Age: Maximum 50 years

General Manager Operations

• Education: 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline; additional postgraduate degrees preferred

• Experience: Minimum 12 years progressive experience in technology roles with at least 5 years in senior leadership capacity preferably in financial services or digital payments

• Age: Maximum 55 years
