Bestway Packaging Limited is hiring a qualified professional for the role of Sr. Assistant Manager Health and Safety at its Bhalwal facility to lead the organization’s safety culture and compliance initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, ISO 45001 standards, and company safety management systems across packaging and dispatch areas. This role involves conducting regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and behavior-based observations while leading incident investigations and root cause analysis to develop effective corrective actions. The Sr. Assistant Manager will coordinate with plant management to enforce safety standards, deliver toolbox talks and safety campaigns, and drive digital HSE initiatives including dashboard reporting and real-time tracking tools. Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in health and safety roles, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry

• Certifications: HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or OSHA 30 will be preferred

• Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 safety management systems

  • Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits

  • Familiarity with digital HSE tools and reporting systems
