Fauji Foundation is seeking a seasoned and dynamic human resources professional for the role of Senior Manager HR at its Rawalpindi location to strengthen HR practices and align people strategies with organizational excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations across foundation setups, supporting clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role involves managing HRIS and talent management systems, developing HR policies, and implementing effective people strategies to support the foundation’s diverse operations including healthcare facilities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Master’s Degree in Human Resources or any other related field from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in human resources management, preferably in large organizations or healthcare setups

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in supporting clinical and administrative teams

  • Strong strategic thinking and people management abilities
