Style Textile is hiring an experienced and technically proficient professional for the role of Deputy Manager Lab Dips to lead the lab dip development process from sample receipt to bulk approval at its Lahore facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate shade matching in line with customer standards and technical requirements while coordinating with merchandising, production, and quality teams for timely submissions and approvals. This role involves conducting root cause analysis of color variations, implementing corrective action plans, and handling accreditation and compliance requirements from international buyers.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience: 6-12 years of relevant experience in dyeing lab and lab dip management OR 2-3 years of hands-on lab dip experience with a reputable textile organization
Certifications: Six Sigma certification (Green Belt) is preferred
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of reactive, disperse, and pigment dyeing
- Familiarity with spectrophotometers and color matching software
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Experience in handling international buyers and compliance requirements
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate across teams
