Logix Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader for the role of General Manager Operations – Textile Industry on behalf of a valued client based in Karachi, Pakistan (onsite). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete textile manufacturing cycle, from fabric production to finished stitched garments, overseeing operations across weaving, dyeing, printing, embroidery, and stitching units. This role involves ensuring quality standards, production timelines, and cost control across all manufacturing processes while coordinating with local and international clients, including export buyers, to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 15+ years of experience in the textile manufacturing sector, with a minimum of 8 years in managerial or leadership positions

• Technical Expertise: Strong exposure to textile production processes and garment manufacturing; experience working with export buyers and international clients

• Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end textile operations

  • Strong knowledge of production management and export operations

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities

  • Experience in quality control, cost management, and process optimization

  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders
