Gourmet Pakistan is hiring a skilled and experienced professional for the role of Assistant Manager E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) at its Industrial Estate Phase 2 facility in Multan. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical and instrumentation systems within a dynamic food manufacturing environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of plant equipment. This role involves managing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and control system issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an HEC-recognized university; PEC registration preferred

• Experience: Relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within the food, FMCG, or manufacturing industry

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, PLCs, automation, and preventive maintenance practices

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, team coordination skills, and commitment to safety standards

• Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Multan

Responsibilities

• Plan, Schedule and coordinate E&I projects.
• Lead and manage a team of electrical and instrumentation technicians.
• Plan and schedule routine and emergency maintenance activities for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments on electrical and instrumentation systems.
