Style Textile is hiring a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the role of Data Analyst at its Manga, Lahore facility to support data-driven decision-making across manufacturing operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns, developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Excel and other analytics tools. This role involves performing data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of data, preparing comprehensive data reports and presentations, and automating routine reporting processes where necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution

• Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of experience working in manufacturing or industrial organizations

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI will be an added advantage

  • Experience in dashboard development and performance metrics tracking

  • Data validation and quality assurance capabilities

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to automate routine reporting processes
