HRFIRST (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Director Operations on behalf of a leading non-profit organization based in Karachi. This senior leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO, is responsible for overseeing and strengthening the operational backbone of the Foundation and its initiatives across multiple sites. The Director will lead all administrative and operational functions including facilities management, building maintenance, tenant relations, security, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), and IT oversight. This role involves strategic operations leadership, vendor management, budgeting, financial oversight, and providing operational support for key organizational initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: At least 15-18 years of relevant experience in operations leadership, facilities management, or corporate services, preferably in non-profit organizations

• Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing multi-site operations and cross-functional teams

  • Strong strategic planning and operational leadership abilities

  • Expertise in facilities and infrastructure management

  • Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and security management

  • Experience in tenant and property management

  • IT oversight and vendor management capabilities

  • Budgeting and financial oversight expertise

• Location: Karachi (must be based in or willing to relocate to Karachi)
