The Emergency Services Department (Rescue 1122), Government of Punjab, has announced a massive internship program for Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) across 28 districts of Punjab, offering 835+ positions for nursing and paramedical diploma holders. Selected interns will undergo 6 weeks of Basic Rescue Training at the Emergency Services Academy, Lahore, followed by hands-on experience in emergency medical response, earning a handsome monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000/-. Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 2nd Division in Nursing, Paramedical, or Allied Health Diploma/Degree from a recognized board or university

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

• Domicile: Must have valid Punjab Domicile

• Physical Standards:

  • Vision: 6/6 each eye (without glasses)

  • Height: Preference given to candidates over 5 feet 6 inches (5’6″)

  • Chest: Minimum 33 inches

  • Health: Must not be color blind; BMI under 30; negative for Hepatitis B/C, HIV, or RPR

• Gender: Both male and female candidates eligible (specific district-wise quotas apply)
