Style Textile is hiring a strategic and experienced procurement professional for the role of Procurement Category Lead to join its team and drive procurement excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing category and supplier strategies to meet procurement objectives while managing supplier relationships and the complete supplier lifecycle. This role involves leading RFx processes, supplier selection, and price negotiations, as well as monitoring supplier market trends to align sourcing strategies accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, an MBA, or other relevant postgraduate qualification will be preferred

• Certification: CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) certification will be an advantage

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement or managing third-party suppliers

• Skills:

  • Strong expertise in cost analysis, supplier contracting, and supplier quality management

  • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and project management skills

  • Ability to develop and execute category strategies

  • Knowledge of supplier market trends and sourcing strategies

  • Understanding of procurement policies and compliance requirements
