National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is inviting applications from qualified and experienced IT and telecom professionals for multiple technical positions at its Islamabad headquarters, including Assistant Director (Network Engineer) roles across various specializations and a Deputy Assistant Director (VAS) position. Selected candidates will play critical roles in managing and enhancing NADRA’s national network infrastructure, Soft VPN projects, routing and switching operations, internet segments, and STM/iDirect networks, as well as value-added services (VAS) platforms. These positions offer a 5-year contract (extendable based on performance) with the opportunity to work on Pakistan’s most critical national database and registration systems.

Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements

• Location: All positions are based in Islamabad

• Terms of Employment: Initial recruitment is on a contract basis for 5 years (extendable based on performance)

• Degree Verification: All degrees must be attested/verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC); 16 years of HEC-verified education is mandatory

• Government Employees: Candidates currently serving in government sectors must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview
