Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for an experienced operations professional for the role of Site Manager at its Retail COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) sites located in Sujawal and Shaheed Benazirabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of HPL COCO sites in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with company policies, HSSE guidelines, and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing and reconciling site cash, stock levels, and daily reports while ensuring timely and accurate submission of documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience including at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC)

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HSE standards, inventory control, and sales reporting

  • Good communication and customer handling abilities

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

  • Ability to lead, train, and supervise site staff
