Style Textile is hiring an experienced and technically proficient professional for the role of Manager Dyeing Sampling to manage and supervise the dyeing development process from initial request to final approval. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate aesthetic matching in line with buyer target swatch and color specifications while coordinating with R&D, knitting, yarn, and fabric finishing teams for appropriate process routes and selections for RFT (Right First Time) development.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in dyeing sampling; hands-on experience in process development and optimization is preferred

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of yarn, knitting structures, and fabric behavior during dyeing

  • Strong knowledge of dye selection, chemical recipes, and process parameters

  • Expertise in color matching and shade approval processes

  • Understanding of quality standards, color fastness, and testing requirements

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
