Women Development Department, Government of Punjab, is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the project post of Senior Policy Analyst/Team Lead (PPS-11) under the development project titled “Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit 2024-27” at its Lahore office. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading policy analysis and strategic planning initiatives focused on women’s empowerment and gender equality, drawing on strong knowledge of international and regional policies, successful models, and Pakistan’s international commitments. The position offers a competitive salary package of Rs. 700,000/- on a contract basis up to June 30, 2027, with possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and project extension.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Master’s Degree (16 years of education) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in relevant fields

• Age Limit: 32 to 45 years

• Experience: 8 years of post-qualification relevant experience in policy analysis, strategic planning, women’s empowerment, or gender equality initiatives

• Domicile: Candidates must be domiciled in any district of Punjab Province

• Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of international and regional policies, successful models, and practices for women’s empowerment and gender equality

  • Understanding of Pakistan’s international commitments and progress thereto

  • Strong managerial and administrative skills

  • Strong research, analytical skills, and report-writing abilities

  • Strong computer skills
