Ibrahim Fibres Limited (IFL), the largest producer of Polyester Staple Fibre in Pakistan, is looking for a highly experienced civil engineering professional for the role of Manager Civil to oversee construction projects at its Faisalabad and Shahkot plant sites. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing and supervising civil works through multiple contractors and subcontractors while managing both greenfield and brownfield projects from planning to completion. This role involves reviewing project designs, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Manager Civil will monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution; must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)

• Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of experience in civil construction and project management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings

• Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing greenfield and brownfield projects

  • Strong knowledge of project planning, design review, and technical specifications

  • Expertise in contractor management and supervision of civil works

  • Ability to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

  • Strong project management skills with focus on timelines and budget adherence
