HRFIRST (Pvt) Ltd is looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals for a Sales Manager (Nationwide) role with a leading organization based in Karachi, offering an opportunity to drive sales strategy and lead high-performing teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing nationwide sales operations, and achieving revenue targets across multiple regions. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective market penetration for the organization’s products or services.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably at a national or regional level, with a track record of achieving targets

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales plans

  • Experience in managing nationwide sales operations and key accounts

  • Analytical skills to monitor sales performance and market trends
