Style Textile is hiring an experienced procurement professional for the role of Sourcing Category Lead (Logistics & IT) at its Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate facility in Lahore to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and drive cost optimization. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing sourcing plans aligned with demand and category strategy, leading RFx processes, supplier selection, development, and onboarding while monitoring market trends and strategies proactively. This role involves negotiating contracts and pricing for optimal terms and cost, managing the supplier lifecycle and performance against KPIs, and driving early negotiations to secure best pricing at scale.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 7-8 years of work experience in direct procurement is preferred

• Certification: CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) certification is preferred

• Skills:

  • Experience in managing spend analytics for multi-functional organizations is preferred

  • Strong knowledge of RFx processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiation

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

  • Ability to monitor market trends and develop proactive sourcing strategies

  • Strong analytical skills for cost optimization and performance tracking
