Style Textile is hiring an experienced engineering professional for the role of Manager Knitting Maintenance at its Manga, Lahore facility to lead maintenance operations and ensure maximum machine uptime and production efficiency. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing maintenance of circular and flat knitting machines, diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, and providing technical guidance to maintenance teams during major breakdowns. This role involves allocating manpower effectively for maintenance tasks, maintaining maintenance records, machine history, and downtime reports, while optimizing spare parts usage and reducing maintenance costs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Knitting, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in knitting machine maintenance within the textile industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role

• Skills:

  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Experience in developing maintenance schedules for circular and flat knitting machines

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues

  • Strong spare parts optimization and cost reduction capabilities
