Crumble is hiring a skilled and experienced finance professional for the role of Assistant Manager Finance at its Islamabad (On-site) location to lead financial operations and team supervision. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank transactions, payments, and system entries while monitoring daily bank collections and ensuring accurate recording. This role involves performing reconciliations, maintaining general ledger accuracy, supporting month-end closing, and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and tax-related coordination. The Assistant Manager Finance will also manage and supervise the finance team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with financial standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting

• Mandatory Requirement: Experience in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector is required

• Team Management: Prior team management experience is required

• Skills:

  • Good understanding of AR/AP, reconciliations, and financial reporting

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and tax procedures

  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities

  • Knowledge of month-end closing processes and budgeting
