Sapphire Finishing Mills is hiring a detail-oriented and motivated professional for the role of Junior Assistant Manager – PD Specs (Product Development Specifications) at its Apparel Unit located on Raiwind Manga Road, Raiwind, Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing product development specifications, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support the apparel manufacturing process. This role involves working closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure that product specifications meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in product development, specifications management, or a related role within the textile or apparel industry

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Knowledge of product development processes and specifications documentation

  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
