State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, in collaboration with PrimeHR, is seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join its Voluntary Pension Scheme (VPS) Fund Back Office Operations in Karachi, aiming to strengthen operational capacity for efficient and compliant execution of pension system activities. Successful candidates will be based in Karachi and will work on a three-year contract basis, extendable upon performance, in a high-impact environment focused on asset management, fund accounting, IT systems development, and regulatory compliance. Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (depending on the role) from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in asset management, mutual funds, financial services, or pension fund back-office operations.

• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years for all listed positions.

• Skills: Strong understanding of VPS regulatory frameworks, proficiency in MIS reporting, and excellent communication skills; knowledge of Islamic Finance and Shariah-compliant funds is a major advantage.

• Location: Strictly Karachi-based and non-transferable.

• Contract: Three-year contract basis (extendable upon performance).
