AKRSP Field Education Officer & Work and Enterprise Officer Jobs 2026 at Diamer

AKRSP invites applications from qualified and motivated individuals for two positions at the Diamer Programme Office in Chilas: Field Education Officer (01) and Work and Enterprise Officer (01). The Field Education Officer requires a Master’s degree (16 years) in Educational Leadership, ECD, Teacher Education, School Improvement, or Educational/ECD Evaluation, with at least 2 years of post-qualification teaching experience across education/ECD levels and knowledge of the government education/ECD sector. The Work and Enterprise Officer requires an MBA or Master’s degree in Economics with at least 2 years of post-qualification work experience in Economic/Market Development or related activities (preferably both development and private sector), along with knowledge of Entrepreneurship, Value Chain, Market Development, Youth Development, and Women’s Development. Eligibility Criteria:

Field Education Officer – Diamer:

Education: Master’s degree (16 years) in Educational Leadership, ECD, Teacher Education, School Improvement, or Educational/ECD Evaluation
Experience: At least 2 years post-qualification teaching experience (children aged 0-3 years, pre-primary to primary, or teacher education)
Knowledge: Government education/ECD sector

Work and Enterprise Officer – Diamer:

Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Economics
Experience: At least 2 years post-qualification work experience in Economic/Market Development or related activities (development and private sector preferred)
Knowledge: Entrepreneurship, Value Chain, Market Development, Youth Development, Women’s Development
