Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Islamabad, is inviting applications for Stenotypist (BPS-14) – 13 posts and Lower Division Clerk (BPS-11) – 02 posts on a temporary basis likely to be made permanent, with regional/provincial quotas including Punjab (Merit, Women, Minority), Sindh (Urban/Rural), KPK, and Balochistan. Candidates for Stenotypist must have Intermediate with shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m and typing speed of 40 w.p.m (must be computer literate), while LDC candidates require Matric with minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m, with age limit of 18–25 years (5 years age relaxation admissible as per government rules). Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) will be given preference for two positions and must provide a Disability Certificate from CRPD. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/interview, and government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
