Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and passionate Internal Audit Officer for its Karachi location to perform inventory audits (periodic and spot checks), conduct retail compliance audits, execute cash verification and POS reconciliation, identify and report discrepancies, verify damaged/expired/ageing inventory, check and validate Transfer Orders and Inter-Store Transfers, prepare and submit audit reports, follow up on audit observations, and coordinate with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments. Candidates must have 1–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Retail, Compliance, or Inventory, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good command of MS Excel, ability to conduct field audits and site visits, understanding of retail operations and inventory controls, and strong communication and reporting skills.
