Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) is inviting applications for the position of Head NPL Monitoring (VP-I/VP) for Interior Sindh/Baluchistan (01 position). The role involves monitoring overdue accounts and initiating timely recovery actions, developing and implementing strategies for recovery of overdue and infected portfolio, supervising field teams, conducting regular field visits, coordinating with legal for litigation cases, liaising with local administration and law enforcement agencies, tracking recovery management at regional level, training branch staff on recovery procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and monitoring strategic plan implementation. Candidates must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university with at least 10 years of experience in a bank or financial institution, and knowledge of recovery procedures and regulations. Maximum age limit is 50 years as on closing date, with market competitive remuneration offered.
