Tim Hortons Pakistan is hiring a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) for its Lahore location to greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner, handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality, coordinate with internal teams to resolve guest issues promptly, maintain a positive brand image and customer relationships, and monitor service standards while suggesting improvements. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 1–2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a presentable personality, and professional appearance.
