Qualifications range from Master’s degrees in GIS, Forestry, Environmental Science, Climate Change, Wildlife, Zoology, Mass Communication, Management Sciences, or related fields for senior roles (minimum 2nd division from HEC-recognized university) to Matriculation for support staff.

Eligibility Criteria:

Senior Level Positions (PPS-9) – Max Age 50 Years:

• GIS Manager: Master’s in GIS, Geomatics, Space Sciences or related; 7 years experience in GIS/RS and IT linked with Forestry/Natural Resources

• Deputy Project Director (Media & Communication): Master’s in Journalism, Mass Communication or related; 7 years experience in media & communication management

• Forest Carbon Specialist: Master’s in Forestry, Environmental Science, Climate Change, Natural Resource Management or related; 7 years experience in forest carbon assessment, REDD+, climate change mitigation

• Deputy Project Director (Biodiversity): Master’s in Forestry, Biodiversity, Wildlife Management, Natural Resource Management; 7 years experience; knowledge of Pakistan’s forest policies, CBD, UNFCCC, UNCCD

Regional Position (PPS-8) – Max Age 45 Years:

• Regional Project Director (06 posts – AJK, Balochistan, GB, KPK, Sindh, Punjab): Master’s (16 years) in Forestry/Wildlife/Biodiversity/Zoology/Natural Resource Management; 5 years experience in planning, development, implementation of forestry/wildlife/biodiversity activities

Mid-Level Officer Positions (PPS-7) – Max Age 35 Years:

• Gender and Communication Officer: Master’s in Gender Studies, Design, Mass Communication or equivalent; 2 years experience

• Admin and Finance Officer: Master’s in Management Sciences (MBA Finance, M.Com); 2 years experience

• Planning/Procurement Officer: Master’s in Management Sciences or equivalent; 2 years experience in planning & procurement as per government rules

• Forest Officer: Master’s in Forestry or Biodiversity; 2 years experience

• Wildlife/Biodiversity Officer: Master’s in Zoology, Wildlife or Biodiversity; 2 years experience

• Monitoring Officer (Wildlife) (02 posts): Master’s in Zoology, Wildlife or Biodiversity; 2 years experience

• Monitoring Officer (Forest) (03 posts): Master’s in Forestry or Biodiversity; 2 years experience

• GIS Analyst/Programmer (06 posts): Master’s in RS/GIS, Computer Science, IT or equivalent; 2 years experience in Arc GIS, Leaflet, GeoServer, Open Layers, PostgreSQL

Support Staff Positions (PPS-6 to PPS-2):

• Admin & Finance Assistant (PPS-6 – 03 posts): Graduation (B.Com, BBA or related); 1 year experience; max age 35

• Monitoring Assistant (PPS-6): Graduate degree in Forestry, Wildlife, Zoology, Biodiversity or related; 1 year experience; max age 35

• Driver (PPS-4 – 03 posts): Matriculation + valid LTV/HTV license + well versed in traffic rules; 5 years driving experience; max age 35

• Dispatch Rider (PPS-2): Matriculation + valid LTV/HTV license + well versed in traffic rules; max age 30

• Security Guard (PPS-2): Matriculation + physically fit (retired army personnel preferred); max age 45
