HRFIRST is currently seeking a Business Manager for one of its leading and reputable pharmaceutical clients in Karachi to lead brand strategy and drive growth across assigned pharmaceutical portfolios, requiring a strategic thinker with strong market insight capable of aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives to maximize business performance. Candidates must have an MBA (preferred), Pharm-D, or Science Graduate degree with at least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and sales, including minimum 2 years in a Business Manager role, with experience in managing antibiotics portfolios (pediatrics & general segment preferred).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: MBA (preferred), Pharm-D, or Science Graduate

• Experience: At least 8 years in pharmaceutical marketing and sales + minimum 2 years in a Business Manager role

• Preferred Experience: Managing antibiotics portfolios (pediatrics & general segment)

• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools
