Fatima Group is hiring a Legal Counsel for its Lahore office to provide expert legal guidance and support across the organization’s diverse business operations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from an HEC-recognized university with valid Bar Council membership, along with significant experience in corporate legal affairs, contracts, compliance, and litigation (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial group). Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory laws, along with excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, are essential.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: LLB/LLM from HEC-recognized university; valid Bar Council membership

• Experience: Significant experience in corporate legal affairs, contracts, compliance, and litigation (manufacturing/industrial group preferred)

• Skills: Contract drafting and vetting, corporate/commercial/labor/regulatory laws, litigation management, government liaison (SECP, FBR, etc.), corporate governance, legal risk management, dispute resolution, negotiation, communication
