READ Foundation is seeking a visionary General Manager – Programme Division at its Head Office in Islamabad. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management Sciences, Public Policy, or related discipline with 10+ years of experience including 5+ years in senior education leadership (school systems or multi-site operations), proven ability to manage multi-site education operations, deep understanding of school improvement and quality assurance, experience in budgeting and strategic planning, and demonstrated success in organizational transformation.
