Imtiaz Group (Pvt) Ltd is hiring a Manager – HR Systems for its Information Technology division at the Head Office in Karachi to support HCM/SF-EC project implementation, responsible for planning and executing SAP SF EC, Recruiting, and PMGM implementation/support activities, with hands-on SAP Payroll and Time Management configurations. Candidates must hold an MBA or equivalent Master’s degree with 4–6 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management, Payroll, and SF-EC, along with a strong understanding of SAP HCM/Success Factors Delivery, SAP Certification in SAP HCM/SF, and deployment experience of implementing SF rollouts including workbook definition.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: MBA or equivalent Master’s degree

• Experience: 4–6 years in SAP HCM Time Management, Payroll & SF-EC

• Certification: SAP Certified in SAP HCM/SF (required)

• Skills: SAP SF EC, Recruiting, PMGM implementation, SAP Payroll & Time Management configurations, SF to SAP On-Premise integration, Success Factors Advanced Reporting, HCM practice development, program & service delivery management

• Experience Required: Deployment experience of implementing SF rollouts including workbook definition
