Bestway Automotive is hiring a seasoned human resources professional for the role of Lead HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) at its Karachi location to drive strategic HR initiatives and support business objectives. The selected candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, providing expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This leadership role involves partnering with business leaders to implement HR policies, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture across the organization.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BBA or MBA with specialization in Human Resources from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably in HR business partner roles

• Skills:

  • Strong strategic HR planning and execution abilities

  • Expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee relations

  • Proven experience in partnering with business leaders

  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to drive organizational development and employee engagement initiatives
