Engro Fertilizers is hiring a strategic and experienced professional for the role of Manager Digital Transformation at its Head Office in Karachi to lead the organization’s digital innovation agenda. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end digital strategy across the agriculture value chain, spearheading key technology initiatives, and managing a diverse portfolio of digital projects. This role involves translating market intelligence into actionable strategic insights and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of digital solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Master’s degree (preferably in Business, IT, or Computer Science) from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or related fields

• Skills:

  • Proven experience in leading digital innovation and technology initiatives

  • Strong understanding of digital solutions across value chains

  • Ability to translate market intelligence into strategic insights

  • Experience in managing diverse portfolios of digital projects

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Knowledge of agriculture sector digitalization will be an advantage
