Shifa College of Nursing (SCN) Islamabad has opened admissions for the PhD in Nursing Program for the Spring 2027 session. Admissions open on August 10, 2026, and close on Friday, November 13, 2026, with the entrance test scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) OR MSN equivalent for foreign students (e.g., Nurse Practitioner program)

• CGPA Requirement: Minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 in a semester system OR minimum First Division in the annual system from HEC and PNC-recognized institutes/universities

Step 1: Apply Online

Step 2: Pay Application Fee

• Obtain the application processing fee voucher of Rs. 7,500

Step 3: Submit Documents

• Send the paid fee voucher along with attested copies of all required documents to the Student Affairs Office, Shifa College of Nursing, before the last date

Step 4: Prepare for Entry Test & Interview

• Appear for the entrance test on Saturday, November 21, 2026
