Ahmad Jamal Textile Mills is hiring a qualified quality professional for the role of Assistant Manager Quality to join its textile processing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance in wet processing operations, specifically in dyeing and finishing, ensuring that all products meet required standards. This role involves comparing greige and finished fabric faults, conducting physical testing of both greige and finished fabrics, and performing root cause analysis in case of customer complaints.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering (Wet Processing) from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in a textile processing unit, specifically in dyeing and finishing operations

• Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Familiarity with comparison of greige and finished fabric faults

  • Knowledge of fabric physical testing for both greige and finished fabrics

  • Expertise in root cause analysis for customer complaints

  • Data analysis skills to identify areas of improvement

  • Strong understanding of quality control processes in textile manufacturing
