Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) is hiring an Engineer (Design) – Mechanical for its Rawalpindi location, responsible for preparing budgetary cost estimates and design calculations per industrial codes, preparing material take-off lists and Scope of Work for contractors, reviewing drawings and estimates, preparing and updating standard specifications, providing guidance to contractors, coordinating site visits, and ensuring as-built data is incorporated into engineering drawings. Candidates must hold a B.Sc. or BE in Mechanical Engineering from a PEC-recognized university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector or EPC company, specifically in designing piping and process equipment, along with good knowledge of API and ASME codes, strong communication, interpersonal, and team skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Sc. / BE (Mechanical Engineering) from PEC-recognized university

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas sector / EPC company, designing piping and process equipment

• Age: Maximum 30 years

• Certification: PEC Number required

• Skills: API/ASME codes knowledge, design calculations, material take-off, SOW preparation, drawing review, site coordination
