Attock Refinery Limited a leading organization in Pakistan’s energy sector, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the position of Senior Officer (Public Relations) to manage critical government liaison and corporate communication functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for liaising with government departments including Explosives, Boiler Inspection, Electrical, PTA, Excise, and Weight & Measures for licensing, renewals, and inspections. This role involves coordinating with external agencies such as police, special branch, airport security, and local authorities for approvals and operational matters, while managing company vehicle registrations, token taxes, route permits, and telecom-related compliance documentation.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Administration, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university

Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Administration, or Government Liaison

Skills:

Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills

Sound understanding of regulatory procedures and government processes

Experience in managing licensing, inspections, and compliance documentation

Ability to coordinate with government departments and external agencies
