Bestway Automotive is hiring a skilled HR professional for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at its Karachi location to lead recruitment and talent sourcing initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and attracting qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience across the organization. This role involves developing effective sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and building a strong talent pipeline to meet the company’s workforce needs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BBA or MBA, preferably with specialization in Human Resources from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles

• Skills:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes

  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies

  • Proficiency in HR systems and recruitment tools
