Bestway Cement Limited is hiring a Deputy Manager Preventive Maintenance for its Farooqia location to manage preventive maintenance activities of all plant equipment utilizing manpower and resources in line with technical standards and SOPs, ensuring optimum cost and zero breakdown for energy efficient continuous production. Candidates must hold a B.Sc. in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with 8–10 years of relevant experience in the Cement Industry, along with strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance strategies, ability to read technical drawings, Root Cause Analysis skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP (SAP).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Sc. Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering

• Experience: 8–10 years relevant experience in Cement Industry

• Skills: Preventive/predictive/proactive maintenance strategies, 4S inspection, Root Cause Analysis, technical drawings interpretation, SAP PM module, MS Office, HSE compliance, shutdown management, budget preparation
