Broadway Pizza is hiring a detail-oriented and organized finance professional for the role of Payable Officer (Accounts Payable) at its Tariq Road location in Karachi on a permanent basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices accurately and timely, reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and preparing and processing payment vouchers, cheques, and online transfers. This role involves maintaining proper records of all payable transactions, coordinating with vendors regarding payment queries, handling bank reconciliations, and maintaining banking relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field (B.Com / BBA / BS Accounting preferred)

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable

• Skills:

  • Knowledge of sales accounting and banking procedures

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to handle bank reconciliations and maintain banking relationships

  • Knowledge of payment voucher processing and online transfers
