Broadway Pizza is looking for a passionate and motivated HR Intern to join its Head Office team at Tariq Road, Karachi, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within the fast-food and hospitality industry. The selected candidate will support the HR department in various functions including recruitment coordination, employee record management, onboarding processes, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This internship provides exposure to HR operations, employee engagement activities, and organizational processes in a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong theoretical knowledge of HR concepts and a willingness to learn and contribute to a professional team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), BBA, or a related field (completed)

• Knowledge: Strong theoretical knowledge of HR concepts, recruitment, employee relations, and organizational behavior

• Skills:

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Strong willingness to learn and contribute

• Availability: Must be available to work Monday–Friday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and Saturday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
