Domino’s Pizza is hiring an experienced and dynamic leader for the role of Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at its Gujrat store. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end store operations, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency KPIs. This role involves driving execution of all Domino’s standard operating procedures from product quality to service standards, while developing and implementing action plans to increase sales and control food costs. The RGM will recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams, conduct regular audits, ensure readiness for brand and regulatory inspections, and maintain store P&L including accurate cash handling, banking, and inventory management.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; business background is a plus

Experience: 3-5 years of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or retail management experience
