Domino’s Pizza is hiring an experienced and dynamic leader for the role of Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at its Mandi Bahauddin store to lead end-to-end operations and drive business success. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent achievement of sales, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency KPIs while driving execution of all Domino’s SOPs from product quality to service standards. This role involves developing and implementing action plans to increase sales and control food cost, recruiting and training high-performing teams, and conducting ongoing coaching to maintain excellence. The RGM will conduct regular audits, ensure readiness for brand and regulatory inspections, and maintain store P&L with accurate cash handling, banking, and inventory management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; business background is a plus

• Experience: 3-5 years of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or retail management experience

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage cost efficiency

  • Experience in recruitment, training, and team development

  • Knowledge of P&L management, cash handling, and inventory control

  • Familiarity with brand standards and regulatory compliance
