The chosen person will basically provide technical support across hardware software, and network systems. This includes installing, configuring IT equipment, handling troubleshooting when issues pop up , working in coordination with different teams to fix those more complex problems, and also keeping the documentation exact inside the ticketing system. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT , or a closely related field, along with 2-3 years of hands on IT support experience.
