Fatima Group is hiring a qualified and licensed aviation professional for the role of Flight Operations Officer at its Air One facility in Lahore to support corporate aviation operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing ATC flight plans, conducting route planning, and providing operational briefings to flight crew including comprehensive weather analysis (METAR, TAF, SIGMET). This role involves coordinating overflight and landing permits, airport handling, fuel uplift, and slot arrangements for both domestic and international flights while monitoring flight progress and maintaining communication with ATC, ground handlers, and airport authorities.
Eligibility Criteria

Education:Â Valid flight operations officer license issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) is mandatory

Experience:Â Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in flight operations in general aviation or corporate aviation

Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in ATC flight planning and route planning

Expertise in weather analysis (METAR, TAF, SIGMET)

Experience in coordinating overflight and landing permits

Knowledge of airport handling, fuel uplift, and slot arrangements

Understanding of aircraft documentation and regulatory compliance

Soft Skills:Â Strong communication and coordination abilities with ATC, ground handlers, and airport authorities; experience in VIP/VVIP protocol arrangements preferred
