Gourmet Pakistan has announced some kind of exciting career opening for the role of Manager Production (Biotechnology) at its Head Office in Lahore . They are now looking for a seasoned person who can manage everyday production flow, keep things running smooth, and also make sure there is easy coordination with Quality Assurance (QA) , Quality Control (QC), Engineering , and Supply Chain teams. Basically, they want someone to maintain the whole manufacturing process in an efficient manner, not just watch it. To be considered , applicants should have a BS or MSc in Biotechnology from a recognized institution. Also you should bring 6–8 years of hands-on experience in production management, ideally within biotech , pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing.

Eligibility Criteria

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily biotechnology production operations 

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and biosafety regulations 

• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain departments 

• Monitor production performance and achieve production targets

• Lead process improvement and CAPA implementation initiatives 

• Collaborate with R&D on technology transfer and process scale-up
