Health Services Academy (HSA), a degree-awarding institute under the Government of Pakistan, invites applications for four contract positions under the PSDP project “One Health Workforce Development and Coordination – Towards Pandemic Readiness.” Available roles include Database Developer/Web Developer (PPS-07, 1 post) , Research Associate (PPS-05, 4 posts) , Naib Qasid (PPS-02, 1 post) , and Sweeper (PPS-01, 1 post) , all based in Islamabad on open merit. Candidates for Database Developer require a PhD/Master/Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or Database Administration with 1–3 years of experience (public sector required), plus proficiency in web technologies, SQL/NoSQL, cloud platforms, and security.
