Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and results-driven professional for the role of Sales Coordinator at its Peshawar location to support regional sales operations and drive business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for regional target and incentives working, sales reporting, and inventory management to ensure smooth sales operations. This role involves managing distribution claims, DSR salaries, and processing sales orders in the system while assisting the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in all regional tasks. The Sales Coordinator will utilize proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Sales Flo to maintain accurate records and optimize sales processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduation from an accredited university

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales support, or related roles, preferably within the FMCG sector

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, and Sales Flo software

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities

  • Experience in sales reporting and inventory management

  • Knowledge of distribution claims processing and sales incentives

  • Ability to assist in regional target setting and tracking
